"Ostara Springtime Flake"  by Ravenwood Fine Provisions

Ostara Springtime Flake is a straight broken virginia, from which you can expect notes of hay, light cedar, and a wisp stone fruit. This second batch has rested longer than the first and as a result - when I opened a tin to take photos I got a nice whiff of vinegar not unlike McClelland. This is a good sign some nice fermentation was already happening! 
This is the remainder of my huge run of this broken straight virginia. This comprised of over 50 pounds total of leaf! This was a huge undertaking for one person and Im so happy it was well recieved at the Chicagoland Pipe Show as Promontory Park. This is the remaining leaf I am making available for those who werent at the show, or who wanted some more to cellar.
