"Bison Burley" by Ravenwood Fine Provisions
50g sealed tin
 
Bison Burley is a good portion of raw, nutty, chopped, straight dry cured burley, and virginia. I took some of the burley and virginia, gave it a light sweet casing and toasted it to "carmelize" the blend. The result is varied shades of leaf, and a STRAIGHTFORWARD raw, nutty burley blend with some toasted brown sugar sweetness.

      Awesome Burley Blend

      One of my new favorites up there with wessex burley slices,cobblestone hiking, I opened the tin and was met with a nutty slightly earthy aroma. The smoke is dry and smooth.To me it was a nutty slight cocoa tasting smoke
