"Twilight Reverie" A mellow oriental for all

At TBF we have a fondness for orientals. They have great depth, nuance, interesting flavor profiles - but they arent always for EVERYONE. With Twilight Reverie I aimed to change that - combining two grades of turkish leaf, a little brown virginia, latakia, and then gently stoved the entire mixture to add some age. The result is a velvety turkish and latakia mixture that gives a mellow experience, while still enjoying the interesting flavors you get with oriental leaf.
With latakia and turkish leading the way, Twilight Reverie brings a warm and smokey incensed presence with stewed tea-like flavor, darker prune notes and cedar earthiness. Some might encounter an occasional hint of stone fruit as well.

I am pretty new to pipes, it’s only been about a year and I was honestly not a fan of Latakia. But I had tried some good Latakia blends from some awesome blenders that recommended me some and I have to say it’s in my rotation pretty much daily now! Very smooth smoke and mellow, like the description says it does have a tea like flavor and it’s nice and mellow. Probably one of my favorites now! Highly recommend.
This one is exceptional! Very complex and interesting to smoke. After the first puff I knew I was going to enjoy the rest of the bowl. I am hoping this one will get released in bulk!
