This was a 500g bag broken up into 50g portions and comes to you in a 50g mylar pouch. 
Probably my favorite virginia flake Germains makes. Yes, to me this is a virginia dominant flake and many agree. This is dense plug-cut flake of virginia, orientals, with latakia in the back seat. The virginia is light and bready and of course has that delightful briny taste that is a Germains signature. Its savory, musty, and the orientals add complexity. Its a delicate, exquisite mixture and ages fantastically. Comes to you in 50g portions in foil mylar.
